Michelle and Mark have created such a fantastic business. Each week I look forward to my yoga classes. They are exactly what I was looking for-peaceful and nurturing.I also attend Mark’s strength classes with my teenage son and we both love this place. Mark knows exactly what he is talking about and created a safe place to build strength for all abilities. Thank you Michelle and Mark love your work

Michelle and Mark have created the most wonderful and all-encompassing (pun intended!) safe space for literally anyone and everyone to do their own thang! They just have health in a nutshell so right. No matter what kind of day you’re having, they will always be able to cater to your every need. Two beautiful, fun-loving, cheeky, understanding, real AF, woke AF, no-BS kinda people running a yoga & movement studio; there is no place I would rather be! I will be following them wherever they go. Here’s to a lifetime of health, happiness, knowledge and to moving out of our heads and into our hearts!

I began attending classes at Encompass Yoga and Stretch mid 2017 and am so glad I took the plunge and tried it out... I’d be lost without yoga now. What better way to start the weekend or finish a long day at work?Michelle has a fabulous and realistic view on yoga and exercise, “everyone’s body is different” and she accommodates for all of her clients as such. I strongly recommend to newbies, those who are experienced and those who aren’t so sure...you will not only have a great work out but you’ll have a laugh and make new friends!

Michelle was my first (and only!) yoga instructor and she has made me fall in love with it! I look forward to the classes each week and the knowledge she has about each move and why we do things a certain way helps me to understand my body so much more. We have so much fun and I love seeing that guys come too - Michelle is welcoming of everyone.

I work in a highly stressful environment and this is my favourite place to let go of the days stress and recharge. The staff are amazing and will individualize your needs for any injuries or other issues you may have. You will quickly become friends with your instructors and the inclusion of their precious furbabies at classes just adds to calming environment. I’m not sure how I ever coped before I started attending their classes. I’d highly recommend you give a class a go, trust me you’ll soon be attending more than one.
