Spring Beginners Course


It’s that time of the year. The weather is warming up. The sun is out later. And for many of us, we start to feel the need to move and become more active. Our Beginners “Get Ready for Summer” Yoga – 8 Week Course is the perfect way to get yourself moving and start your yoga journey. This is also a great refresher to bring focus back into your practise.
Each class is designed to take you through the foundations of the yoga postures and their alignment whilst incorporating focus on your breath and a calm steady mind. These classes will teach you to bring awareness and confidence to your practise. You can enjoy a safe and supportive environment where you can ask questions, get feedback from experienced teachers and have fun.
The course will introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga. You will be introduced to:
• Yoga postures to help you build strength, tone muscle, improve flexibility, balance, and focus
• Mindfulness practises to take you out of the rat race and into calm
• Breath awareness and control
• Deep relaxation

By the end of this course you will have all the knowledge and confidence you need to join open level classes, or start an at home practise. Also available to start on January 15th is the next level course, Intermediate Yoga 8 Week Course. To kick off the New Year, commit to your practise AND save $120 book both together!

Course commences Tuesday 23rd October and will continue every Tuesday until Tuesday 11th December 2018
