This new workshop is designed to completely rejuvenate the body, mind, and soul. Combining the ancient wisdom of sound therapy with the nurturing practise of restorative yoga.
You will receive sound therapy throughout the workshop during meditation, gentle yoga poses, and relaxation. This practise is designed to cultivate energy and heal the body rather than taking away from your energy systems. The gentle movements will help to slow the mind and body down, generating awareness and inner peace. A perfect partnership to the magic of sound therapy.
Sound Therapy is a well-recognised, non-invasive healing modality. Sound is a ‘universal tuner’, which when used harmoniously, can have from subtle to very profound effects on the body, mind and soul.
