Yoga Class – Sunrise Yoga
Inspired by our Vinyasa Flow style this dynamic practise has been created to wake-up and energise the body and mind. We will be synchronising the movement of the body with the breath, creating a meditative rhythm whilst building strength, flexibility, balance, and focus. You will leave the class uplifted, energised, and ready for a great day.
