RAW HEALTHY “POWER” FLU SHOT
This recipe is for the “no fussing about” type who are ready to tackle those sniffles head on!
INGREDIENTS:
I lemon
3-5 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 tablespoon manuka / raw honey
½ tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 cup water
METHOD:
Blend all ingredients together and store in a glass jar. Take 1 cup 3 times a day until symptoms resolve.
