Have the chocolate but ditch the guilt!

½ cup Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
½ cup Raw Cacoa
3 tablespoon Maple Syrup OR Organic Coconut Nectar
½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir continuously until coconut oil is melted and all ingredients are well combined. (If you want to ad to your chocolate any type of nut, herb, spice that you want – either ad them to your molds, or mix into your chocolate mixture before pouring)

Poor molten chocolate mix into chocolate moulds or ice cube trays. Place immediately into the freezer on a flat surface to set for approx. 1 hour.

Pop out of moulds and into a glass container. Keep refrigerated at all times.
