After many sell-out workshops for restorative yoga and meditation, we have created a new one. Combining the best of restorative yoga, breathwork and meditation this workshop is designed to give you the tools to relax, but more importantly a time and space to do so. That time that you wouldn’t normally give yourself.
The two hour workshop is designed to cultivate energy, rejuvenate the body and allow you to restore balance both physically and mentally. You will experience a selection of seated and supported restorative yoga postures (asanas), restorative breath work (pranayama), a relaxing yoga nidra, and guided meditation.
Give yourself permission to relax the body and calm the busy mind.
