Healthy Cooking Workshop

Learn to cook tasty, healthy food from scratch!

Join us for an intimate workshop at our home. This workshop is designed to show you how easy it is to prepare delicious, healthy, tasty food that will nourish your body, but without needing you to spend all day in the kitchen to do so!

Our aim is for you to gain more confidence in your food knowledge and broaden your understanding of cooking with whole foods and see how easy it can be. We will be making recipes that you can eat on restricted diets (wheat free, refined sugar free, dairy free etc). But rest assured we will show you how to make it easy, quick and full of flavour.

What you can expect from the workshop:

Our workshop will be hands on. We will be cooking together so be prepared to throw on an apron and get your hands dirty. We will be making a full spread together:

  • Hand-made gluten free bread
  • A tasty savoury meal*
  • Lunchbox snacks
  • A tasty dessert

And of course, we aren’t just cooking… we are eating what we cook too! So make sure you bring your appetite!

You will walk away from the workshop with easy-to-follow recipes, recommendations of where you can source great food locally, and a new found enthusiasm to make healthy food.
