It’s hard to believe, but Easter is only around the corner. With time flying so fast and life’s challenges getting in our way, it can be hard to stop… take a breath, and remember all the wonderfulness around us.
Easter provides the perfect opportunity to do just that. This is your opportunity to stop. Allow yourself some ‘me’ time and discover the benefits of shifting your mindset from go-go-go to gratitude and acceptance.
Our gratitude meditation will be focused on expressing gratitude for the things in your life rather than trying to empty the mind. This powerful meditation technique promotes well-being, positive mood, hope, loving-kindness, compassion, and so much more. As you shift your mindset into gratitude you will also allow yourself to decrease negative emotions, stress, and anxiety.
During our workshop we will be combining our guided gratitude meditation with breath-work (pranayama), essential oils, and gentle massage to ensure you walk away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
