SPRING HAS OFFICIALLY SPRUNG! With the change in the weather and the flowers starting to come out we start to feel the shift in the seasons. Spring is traditionally a time for coming out of hibernation and go out into the world.
Our Beginners Yoga – 8 Week Course is the perfect way to start your yoga journey. This course is also a great refresher if you have done yoga before but want to bring the focus back into your practise and rebuild your confidence.
Each class is designed to take you through the foundations of the yoga postures and their alignment whilst incorporating focus on your breath and a calm steady mind. These classes will teach you to bring awareness and confidence to your practise. You can enjoy a safe and supportive environment where you can ask questions, get feedback from experienced teachers and have fun.
The course will introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga:
• Yoga postures to help you build strength, tone muscle, improve flexibility, balance, and focus
• Mindfulness practises to take you out of the rat race and into calm
• Breath awareness and control
• Deep relaxation
By the end of this course, you will have all the knowledge and confidence you need to join open level classes or start an at home practise.
