Autumn is well and truly here, and with a new season comes a renewed focused on our health. Particularly during times like these when our health is so important! We are here to help you reach your health goals and are kicking off the year with our much-loved Beginners Yoga Course.

Our Beginners Yoga – 8 Week Course is the perfect way to start your yoga journey. This course is also a great refresher if you have done yoga before but want to bring the focus back into your practise and rebuild your confidence.

Each class is designed to take you through the foundations of the yoga postures and their alignment whilst incorporating focus on your breath and a calm steady mind. These classes will teach you to bring awareness and confidence to your practise. You can enjoy a safe and supportive environment where you can ask questions, get feedback from experienced teachers and have fun.

The course will introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga:
• Yoga postures to help you build strength, tone muscle, improve flexibility, balance, and focus
• Mindfulness practises to take you out of the rat race and into calm
• Breath awareness and control
• Deep relaxation

By the end of this course, you will have all the knowledge and confidence you need to join open level classes or start an at home practise.
