With the year coming to a close soon we are all looking for ways to commit to a healthier lifestyle as a New Years Resolution. Our Intermediate Yoga – 8 Week Course is the perfect way to make that commitment to yourself. For those just wanting to take the next step in their practise or following on from our Spring Beginners Course, this is the course for you!
Now that you have covered the basics and set your foundations, its time to step it up a little. In this course you will be introduced to new postures and sequencing to challenge the muscular and nervous systems. The classes will be designed to challenge you whilst maintaining a calm and peaceful mind and steady breath.
You will learn to leave the outside world behind and immerse yourself in the present moment. Both during your practise and beyond.
By the end of this course you will have all the knowledge and confidence you need to join any classes, or start an at home practise.
8 weeks of tailored classes.
Course commences Tuesday 15th January and will continue every Tuesday until Tuesday 5th March 2019
